(FreedomBeacon.com)- While the world still comes to terms with the reality that Dr. Anthony Fauci appears to have lied to Congress when he said that the United States did not fund gain-of-function bat coronavirus research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, new reports are now claiming that scientists from the same facility were planning on releasing genetically modified coronaviruses into bat caves less than two years before the COVID-19 outbreak.
Scientists in Wuhan, the city where the COVID-19 outbreak originates, were planning on launching a new project to release genetically modified coronaviruses into bat caves 21 months before the outbreak according to leaked documents.
The documents also show how Dr. Peter Daszak, the president of the American medical group EcoHealth Alliance – which redirected roughly $600,000 of U.S. taxpayer money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology – proposed working with scientists in Wuhan on the study.
The plan was to release the genetically modified viruses in bat caves in Tunnan, which is around 1,200 miles southwest of the city of Wuhan. Scientists believed that it could stop new viruses from jumping from bats to humans.
Scientists intended to release what they called “novel chimeric spike proteins,” which are found in COVID-19, in an effort to inoculate bats against the viruses.
And while it sounds like they were planning on doing something positive for the world, and they certainly may have been hoping to, what this really means is that the COVID-19 virus could actually be a genetically modified virus that leaked from the lab.
In trying to prevent a pandemic by meddling with nature, did scientists unleash a pandemic on the world?
And if that wasn’t bad enough, the Daily Mail reports how Wei Jingsheng, a former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) insider, claimed that the CCP had purposely spread the new coronavirus at the World Military Games in October 2019 on purpose.
Every week we find out something new and disturbing about the origins of this virus. When will the Biden administration admit that something isn’t right?
