White House Official Reportedly Abused Staffers, But Will Stay On Job Anyway

(FreedomBeacon.com)- According to an internal review, White House science adviser Eric Lander did violate workplace policy and is guilty of bullying staff members. Lander will stay in the job, however, after being subject to workplace counseling.

A report from Politico reveals how a two-month investigation in the White House unveiled “credible evidence’ that Lander, who is currently the director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, engaged in “disrespectful interactions” with other members of staff and would often speak harshly to people in front of their co-workers.

It’s an important story because it reveals how President Joe Biden’s promise that he would fire people “on the spot” if they disrespected their co-workers in the White House to be wrong. Instead of firing Lander, who is also a science adviser to the president, Joe Biden just warned him and let him off with a slap on the wrist.

The investigation showed how at least 14 current and former employees of the Office of Science and Technology experienced a “toxic” work environment while working with Lander. Nine employees from the office even said that he would often humiliate people in front of their co-workers.

When President Biden said he would fire people for bullying, why wasn’t he being honest?
