Ted Cruz Predicts Biden Will Pull Out Of Race

On Monday, Republican Texas Senator Ted Cruz appeared on FOX & Friends to discuss his theory that former President Obama has been influencing the Biden administration for some time. Cruz believes Biden will not run in 2024. He has suspected that Michelle Obama will be an 11th-hour replacement.

David Axelrod, a longtime adviser to Barack Obama, suggested that Biden rethink running for reelection in 2024, and Cruz responded.

Given that a recent poll shows Biden trailing former President Trump by as much as 10 points in five key battleground states—including one that he won in 2020—Axelrod has argued that Biden may be wise to withdraw from the 2024 race.

Trump leads Biden by 10 points in Nevada, 6 in Georgia, 5 in Arizona and Michigan, and 4 in Pennsylvania, per a poll conducted by the New York Times and Siena College. In Wisconsin, Biden was ahead of Trump by two points. In 2020, Biden took all six of these states.

Axelrod questioned if it was in the country’s best interest for the president to be the Democratic Party’s nominee in 2024 when there is a chance that Trump will defeat him.

The top Obama aide brought up the poll numbers and said they would cause “tremors of doubt” in the Democratic Party. He clarified that this was not “bed-wetting,” but reasonable concern.’
This was mirrored by Cruz, who said, “We have seen more and more warning signs that the Democrats are getting afraid for the last six months.”

Cruz said, “There is a very real probability that the Democrats will jettison Joe Biden and parachute in Michelle Obama and that they’ll do it at the convention next summer.” This prediction was made three months ago on Cruz’s podcast, Verdict with Ted Cruz. “I think the likelihood of that happening is growing daily.”

Michelle Obama has stated repeatedly that she has no interest in running for public office.

However, Cruz claimed that she alone can seamlessly replace Biden in the role. The reason he says Michelle Obama is they won’t be able to oust Kamala Harris as the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate and replace her with a white guy.

They can’t choose Gavin Newsom over a woman of color, he went on, because “their party will lose its head.”
