(FreedomBeacon.com)- After Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene appeared at the America First Political Action Conference organized by white nationalist Nick Fuentes, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez once against accused House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy of protecting “his little KKK caucus.”
McCarthy rebuked both Greene and Congressman Paul Gosar for agreeing to attend Fuentes’ event, calling it “unacceptable.” But that wasn’t good enough for Ocasio-Cortez, who has never once condemned the anti-Semitic vitriol from her fellow Squaddies Rashida Tlaib or Ilhan Omar.
Ocasio-Cortez claimed McCarthy’s condemnation was “toothless” and accused him of covering for Greene and Gosar “for years.”
She claimed that McCarthy has “helped them for so long” that now Greene and Gosar have “escalated their open antisemitism,” completely forgetting how she has covered for the open antisemitism from her “sisters” in the Squad.
For her part, Marjorie Taylor Greene last weekend said she didn’t know who Nick Fuentes was when she agreed to appear at the conference. She told reporters that she had never heard of Fuentes and knew nothing about his views.
She said she agreed to attend Fuentes’ event to “address his very large following,” adding that young people are a generation she is “extremely concerned about.” She said she wanted to talk about “America First policies.”
When pressed by reporters on Fuentes’ views, Greene disavowed them arguing that she didn’t endorse his views and she wasn’t aligned with them. She reiterated her opposition to Vladimir Putin and blasted President Biden for his weakness in the face of Putin’s aggression.

While on a congressional delegation to Israel last week, Kevin McCarthy said it was unacceptable for Greene and Paul Gosar to speak to Fuentes’ group, calling their appearance “appalling and wrong.”
McCarthy acknowledged that Greene had addressed the controversy, but added that she “should’ve walked off stage” the moment Fuentes prefaced her introduction by calling for a “round of applause for Russia.”
Both Paul Gosar and Marjorie Taylor Greene have been stripped of their committee assignments, something that never happened to Ilhan Omar after her repeated anti-Semitic remarks.
