(FreedomBeacon.com)- Former United States Ambassador to the United Nations (and neocon Republican) Nikki Haley told “The Faulkner Focus” this week that Hamas, the Islamist militant organization that controls Palestine, is effectively “testing” President Joe Biden to see whether he will support Israel.
It comes after almost a solid week of extreme violence and terrorist attacks from Hamas terrorists, with rockets fired directly at Jerusalem and Tel Aviv since Monday. Israel has faced intense criticism from far-left radicals and Democrats this week for simply responding to the attacks, something that Hamas is likely well aware of.
“It’s devastating to watch what’s happening in Jerusalem, but then it’s also somewhat expected,” Haley told Fox News. “I mean, this is a way of, you know, Hamas and that terrorist group to test Biden. Biden is doing exactly what we expected.”
And by exactly what we expected, Haley means “nothing.” Because that’s what he’s done.
“You know, they came in. Biden does everything in the name of Trump reversals. So what does he do? He turns around and finds the Palestinians corrupt organization again. Hamas now wants to test Biden because they don’t think that he’s going to do anything severe,” she added.
Haley, who is widely considered to be planning a 2024 run for president, said that Biden should be having Israel’s back, and that she “can’t imagine in any scenario if a terrorist organization were shooting rockets into Washington, D.C., that we would be OK with our friends and allies calling for restraint.”
Good point.

Haley’s comments seem perfectly accurate and will no doubt be cheered by former President Trump’s base – which is effectively the Republican Party – but the recent snub from Trump when she reportedly asked for a meeting in Mar-a-Lago means that any planned run for president could be dead on arrival.
But at least she’s saying all the right things on the TV.
