(FreedomBeacon.com)- According to a recent YouGov/Economist poll questioning Americans about the likelihood of several “dire political scenarios,” half of them believe that the US would cease to be a global powerhouse within ten years and that there will be a “complete economic collapse.”
The most likely scenario, out of 15 that involves unrest or political violence, is if the United States loses its status as a superpower (50% predict this will happen), followed by a complete collapse of the American economy (47%). At least 20% of Americans believe that at least one of the 15 dreadful scenarios will occur in the next ten years, either somewhat or highly likely.
A civil war is at least somewhat likely to happen, according to 37% of Americans.
The second most likely possibility is that the United States will no longer be a democracy (39% say this is likely within the next decade), followed by the loss of its position as a global superpower and the collapse of its economy. More people (31%) than (21%) believe it is more possible that the United States will adopt a fascist form of government.
Republicans and Democrats believe that the United States will no longer be a democracy within the next ten years, but they differ on the likely form of government that would take its place. Republicans are less likely than Democrats to believe that the United States will become a fascist dictatorship (37% vs. 32%). Conversely, Republicans are three times more likely than Democrats to predict a communist government (31% vs. 13%).
Republicans are more likely than Democrats to believe that there will be a civil war between members of each party (45% vs. 35%) or residents of red and blue states (36% vs. 30%). Democrats are marginally more likely than Republicans to anticipate a fight between the wealthy and the poor (37% vs. 25%) or between urban and rural communities (23% vs. 20%). Republicans and Democrats are equally likely (31%) to anticipate a racial civil war.
[…] Would the government be able to hold off an armed insurrection by the populace? Americans are more likely to believe (51%) than to say (26%) that the military and law enforcement would defeat armed insurgents. Republicans and Independents have equal expectations on the subject, while Democrats are far more upbeat about the future of the government: Compared to 44% of Republicans and Independents, 68% believe that the military and law enforcement are at least somewhat likely to succeed.
By labeling all of their political opponents as white extremists and domestic terrorists, the Biden government is preparing the stage for a similar nightmare scenario to occur, as seen by their actions.
Our globalist masters would much prefer to incite a civil war in America than make any political concessions to the populace.
