(FreedomBeacon.com)- Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager who was attacked by Antifa extremists who threatened to kill him during a riot in Wisconsin, Ohio, has said that he wants to sit down with President Joe Biden to discuss the false claims made about him by the then-presidential candidate last year.
In a campaign ad, President Biden showed footage of Kyle Rittenhouse holding a legal firearm after being attacked by violent Democrats and being forced to shoot three people in self-defense. In the clip, Biden referred to Rittenhouse as a white supremacist despite there being no evidence whatsoever that Rittenhouse supports white supremacy. Last month, Rittenhouse was acquitted of all murder charges after the jury determined he acted in self-defense.
During a recent interview with Glenn Beck on The Blaze, Rittenhouse said that the president has not reached out to apologize to him despite the innocent verdict.
“I would like to sit down with the president and have a conversation with him and tell him the facts of what happened,” Rittenhouse said.
But given that President Biden issued a statement claiming that he was “angry” about the result of the trial, it seems unlikely that this will happen.
Biden has already sided with the far-left extremists who tried to kill Rittenhouse during the riot.
Rittenhouse had only attended Kenosha, Wisconsin on the day of the riot last summer to help local businesses defend themselves from looters and clean up graffiti sprays on walls and public property.
Rittenhouse told Beck that he is uncertain whether he intends to ever use a gun again, but did say that he believes in the Second Amendment right to bear arms and the United States Constitution. He also said that he plans to continue studying at Arizona State University and become a lawyer, with a view of taking corrupt prosecutors like the one who leveled so many false claims against him in the courtroom.
Good for Kyle!
