In North Carolina, Kamala Harris addressed a small group of backers, while Joe Biden remained out of the spotlight after the White House’s announcement that he had contracted COVID-19.
While speaking to rallygoers in North Carolina near Fort Liberty (formerly named Fort Bragg), Harris attempted to fake a Southern accent.
“We too busy watchin’ what you doin’ to hear what you sayin’,” Harris shouted in her purposely grammatically incorrect vernacular.
