Kamala Harris Bursts Into Laughter Over Ukraine War Question

(FreedomBeacon.com)- Vice President Kamala Harris has already proven to be the least popular vice president in modern American history – and her behavior during a recent diplomatic trip to Europe has just made matters worse.

During press conferences in Poland and Romania on Thursday and Friday, the vice president broke out into fits of awkward laughter – as she often does while being asked difficult questions. This time, however, she was talking about human tragedies, war, and evacuations of millions of Ukrainians from their war-torn country.

It was totally inappropriate.

During a press conference in Poland with Polish President Andrzej Duda, the vice president was asked a question about how many refugees the United States will take and what systems are being put in place to help them.

Harris looked totally perplexed, laughed, and looked at the Polish president for some reason.

She then looked back at the journalist and, for some bizarre reason, said”

“Ok…a friend in need is a friend indeed.”

She continued to laugh loudly until President Duda offered to respond before her. He then spoke to the press like a real politician.

Harris faced an intense online backlash for it, and it’s not hard to see why. Take a look at this:

Can the Democrats really consider Harris as their next presidential nominee if Biden doesn’t make it to a second term?
