Donald Trump’s Secret “Stash Room” Revealed

(FreedomBeacon.com)- According to a new book, the White House was virtually an extension of Donald Trump’s political campaign.

“This Will Not Pass,” a new book by New York Times reporters Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns, claims that President Donald Trump kept a room close to the Oval Office stocked with MAGA goods.

During a visit to the White House in 2020, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D) was shown the MAGA souvenir shop adjacent to the Oval Office by President Donald Trump.

Murphy said they offer you a shopping bag, and you can take everything you want.

The book also describes how Trump expected governors who requested assistance with the pandemic to reciprocate by providing him with something in return, which he referred to as “the reciprocity.”

According to an excerpt, Trump was more concerned with aiding people he got along with and sections of the country he saw as Trump’s country.

According to reports, Trump’s most recognizable product, the red MAGA hat, has generated millions of dollars for his political operation.

His re-election campaign manager, Brad Parscale, informed CBS News that the hats generated approximately $45 million in revenue and sold one million units in April 2019.

In 2019 government ethics experts accused Trump of being unethical during his presidency for personally benefiting from his position by utilizing The Trump Store to sell branded goods from the White House, according to the Independent.

Jessica Tillipman of the George Washington University School of Law described President Trump’s personal profit from his name and position as “bizarre.”

She is a specialist in government ethics and has worked for the White House.
One wonders how many politicians exit office much wealthier than they entered.

And they’re not openly selling hats.
