(FreedomBeacon.com)- Former President Donald Trump is back out doing the media rounds, and during a recent interview with commentator Candace Owens, Trump hit out at controversial actor Alec Baldwin who recently shot dead a co-worker while on set filming a new movie.
Talking about the incident, in which cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was shot with a prop gun that was loaded, Trump pondered how the incident happened and whether it was really as unintentional as Baldwin says.
Trump referenced how Baldwin has regularly had physical confrontations with paparazzi over the years, and said that he is “always trouble.”
“He goes out to talk to the press, nobody gets treated worse by the press than me, and I’m very hostile to them, likewise, but I don’t end up in fistfights with them on the streets,” Trump said.
Good point.
He added that Baldwin has “something wrong” with him and that he’s “crazy.”
Describing the tragic incident with Hutchins, Trump said that he “pointed the gun at this woman, and it happened to go off.”
“Did he do it on purpose? I don’t know, you tell me,” he added.
It’s going to hurt for Baldwin. The actor insists that he didn’t pull the trigger and is currently cooperating with law enforcement, but the possibility of Baldwin being held criminally liable is not off the cards. Baldwin is also a long-time critic of former President Donald Trump, having impersonated him (badly) on Saturday Night Live for several years now and regularly railing against his Make America Great Again agenda.
