(FreedomBeacon.com)- By now it’s clear how bitter the Biden administration can be. From canceling virtually every Trump-era immigration policy through the power of executive action to stopping former President Donald Trump’s memorial statue garden of American heroes, the Biden administration appears willing to wipe out any remnants of the Trump era.
But did you think they’d be so bitter as to refuse to confirm the previous employment of Trump-era government workers, effectively denying them mortgages?
Jerome Adams, the surgeon general during the Trump administration, revealed on Twitter last week how he was unable to refinance his mortgage owing to the United States Department of Health and Human Services refusing to confirm his employment as the U.S. Surgeon General.
Adams shared a message from his bank that reads:
“Hi Jerome, I’m having an issue verifying your employment as the US Surgeon General. I used both addresses provided and the US Dept of Health and Humans [sic] Services was unwilling to provide the verification.”

In a follow-up Tweet, Adams shared a screenshot of his Wikipedia entry which revealed that he held the position of United States Surgeon General between September 5, 2017, and January 20, 2021, which is the day Joe Biden entered the White House.
This is what I sent them back. Apparently they won’t accept Wikipedia as a reference… pic.twitter.com/21IQ6jSlG1

First of all, let’s just acknowledge that Joe Biden forced a Black American out of a high-ranking government job because he hates Trump. Racist.
Secondly, why won’t the Biden administration at least confirm he worked for the government? What does that cost them?
Adams might have been trying to be light-hearted by joking about his bank not accepting Wikipedia as a reference, but this tale just shows how low the Biden administration and the Democrats are willing to go to make life difficult for Republicans.
