(FreedomBeacon.com)- President Biden had another incident on camera mid-October when he was in a restaurant and a reporter had asked him a question regarding the midterm elections. Biden replied in a befuddled mixture of whispered and slurred words and whose translation is still not coherent for an accurate interpretation.
More than a million people have watched the video at the time of the report, according to the Daily Caller. Now, the video has amassed over two million views, showing Biden stared blankly as a reporter said that Democratic Ohio Rep. Tim Ryan does not want him in the state campaigning for him, while Democratic Georgia Sen. Raphael Warnock won’t say whether Biden’s endorsement would be beneficial for his campaign.
“Do you think they’re making a mistake?” Biden is asked of the two Democrats. “No,” Biden answers, proceeding to slur and speak nonsensically. “They’re [noise] sixteen [incoherence] for-something [??] a lot more [unintelligible] last, another twenty or so, I’m gonna [something??],” Biden said according to a translation from the outlet.

Another close translation came from a commenter on the video.
“What part of “No b’there sixteen ‘n’ ‘ve already done in 4 year ‘n’ lot more last another twenty or so. So I’m gonnabe gon ye.” don’t you understand?”
Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have seen the president struggling to get words out, and it likely won’t be the last.
In August, we saw Biden struggle to read from a teleprompter. When he isn’t reading the words in brackets like, “Repeat,” he is struggling to read the words entirely. Biden had difficulty reading a portion on NATO’s formation during a White House press conference, IOTW reported.
“You know NATO is formed out of the wreckage of World War II as we all know. Where war…you know it has…look, let’s be straight about it—wars have repeatedly riven the continent and engulfed the world in conflicts and, and, uh, there’s no way to avoid that if we’re not together,” the president looked back and forth from the teleprompter to the side of the stage as the words were somewhere out there for him to grasp.
