(FreedomBeacon.com)- Far-left New York congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez made the incredible claim last week that she believes Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is “unwell” and needs help.
You may remember Rep. Taylor Greene as the Republican congresswoman who was stripped of her Committee Assignments by the controlling Ho9use Democrats after she was accused of promoting conspiracy theories. Since then, Taylor Greene has become one of the staunchest defenders of former President Donald Trump and a voice against woke culture in Congress.
That’s probably why AOC thinks she’s “unwell.”
AOC responded to video footage posted by CNN from two years ago that showed Taylor Greene attending a peaceful protest outside of the freshman congresswoman’s office. The unearthed footage came as no surprise to Taylor Greene, who hadn’t exactly kept it a secret, and showed that the Republican congresswoman has long opposed AOC’s defense of socialism.
“Yeah, I, it, it, um, seems as though she’s been posting some vid–I mean, this is a woman that’s deeply unwell,” AOC speculated.
“Um, and clearly needs some help. I, you know, I, and her kind of fixation has lasted for several years now,” she continued.
What about AOC’s fixation on Trump and his supporters?
“Um, you know, it’s at this point I think the, the depth of that unwellness has raised concerns for other members, um, as well. And so, you know, I think that this is an, an assessment that needs to be made by the proper professionals…Yeah, you know, it’s um, she does keep discussing this (a debate), but it’s, it’s not a thing, you know,” she continued.
In internet slang, what AOC is doing is called “concern trolling.” It’s where an individual pretends to be genuinely concerned about another person’s wellbeing in order to put them down or imply that they have mental health problems.
